Welcome to Abergavenny Tennis Club
Situated in the gateway to the Brecon Beacons (directions), we provide excellent
facilities and a friendly social atmostphere for tennis players of all
ages and abilities. Members can compete at all levels; at social mix-in
sessions and in various leagues for our club teams. ATC has formally
achieved Clubmark Status, and is recongised for achieving excellent standards. In 2010 we were winners of Tennis Wales Club of the Year.
ATC has a thriving junior section and runs a dedicated Junior Night every Friday, when courts are reserved exclusively for junior use and coaches and assistants are on hand to provide supervision. Our popular coaching programme is led by 2010 Welsh Coach of the Year Robert Wedlake and caters for over over 200 players per week in sessions at the club and local schools/satellite venues, with many players having progressed to achieve considerable success at regional level.
Non-members
are very welcome to come along and 'Pay & Play' to to 3 times (when
signed in by a member) before deciding whether to join the club, and we
offer different membership rates for those who live locally and further
afield.
